What are the various types of chatlets on Teamchat?


There are many types of chatlets. But they have been broadly categorized on Teamchat as - Custom & Standard. Custom chatlets are open to customization according to use case. Standard chatlets have ready templates for different use cases, further sub-categorized function-wise e.g. Sales, Service, HR, etc. Users can choose to pick one of the ready templates from Standard or make their own custom chatlet from scratch.
